Iv just got sky glass and Iv tried to use the puck and it flashes comes up with sky the.n goes back off again. Iv tried turning on and off, tried turning off then turning on and holding the button down tried everything Iv seen people have suggested and it wont stay on.

@Cayleigh85 1st thing I would do is unplug the puck for 1 full minute, then plug back in. This shoudl allow the puck to boot up. When it does only use a single press of the power button on the remote.

Thank you I have for this numerous times Iv spoke with sky a few times and I'm still not getting anywhere with it, they said someone will call me back but still waiting for that phone call from Friday: it literally just comes up sky on the tv then goes off then comes back up with sky then goes back to no signal, it's driving me mad feel like sending it all back.
