During setup of my new 65" anthracite sky glass I cannot get past trying to sync to my sky account.

My sky glass was delivered last Tuesday. It was unpacked by the delivery team who also built the stand fitted it to the TV and set it in place for me. So I synced it with my WiFi and the TV confirmed that on screen. I pressed continue which took me to a page with a 6 digit code to be entered via a web browser to sync the TV with my sky account and that's where it all halted. I tried over 20 times and got the same response "  check your sky glass and if you are not connected, please try later " I spent over two hours on the phone with sky help who could not solve the issue. I am having another sky glass unit delivered on Monday. If this has happened to you please let me know.

Yes, you'll find other similar posts: one suspicion is that this is caused when the television delivered has a different serial number to the one Sky has recorded against the account.  They now seem to be resolving this by despatching another set rather than fixing the data entry error.

Sorry forgot to add this, may I ask why you have your glass connected via ethernet but your pucks via WiFi?
