Hi have a new phone with sky was with sky before and have a new data package therefore new sim how do I keep my same number please

No I have just upgraded phone and increased my data so need need SIM card for the plan but want to keep new number

Find out moreYou will need to call Sky about this because during the upgrade process you should have selected the option to keep your current number so as you didn't the system has ordered you a second sim with a new number. As you are not the first person to do this and you will not be the last hopefully they can help you by cancelling this new sim and changing the package on your current sim.
150 is the free number to use (from your current sim) and when calling stay on the line for as long as you can past all the messages you will hear even those that ask you to go online or to hangup.
