Hi I've received a new router and I can't connect it to my sky Q box as it's still connect to the old router anyone know how I can sort this?

Hi @Becmoc 

Carry out a Network reset on the main Q box.

Network Reset found in Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect to Sky (assume its Sky router by WiFi.

You will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router,
