Channel lists and favourites

Hi SKY Q experts!

Got set up today with SKY for the first time.   I see how to mark channels as favourites, but isn't there a way to have those favourites in one list where I can set them in a logical sequence e.g  BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2, etc then have the sports together, documentaries etc etc.  Get the drift?   Who wants to scroll trough dozens to find the one you want there and then.

Cheers.

@shoemanpete  If you have marked them as favourites and savd them then you can access them in the favourites list.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-favourites-on-sky-q

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Channel lists and favourites

@shoemanpeteThis is how it is supposed to work but it is not working for me either.

"Go to the TV Guide, followed by Favourites and then select Setup favourites. You’ll be offered a list of channels, based on what you’ve watched before. From there you can choose to Change list or Save list.

To change your list, scroll to the bottom of your Favourites and select Manage favourites."

Just out of interest @bob1234  which bit isn't working for you ?

I get Manage Favourites (as I already have set mine) then when I Save List I can select & move them around  OK  & then end with Save & Finish  - all working for me

@nigea99 I just did not understand the instructions, having set up favourites again I never guessed that I would have to save again before I could move the channels around. Sky's instructions are less than clear. It looks as though the options are "you can choose to Change list or Save list." rather than having to save the list first. @tarbat put me right.

Re: Channel lists and favourites

I just watched the video posted earlier and it shows exactly what I want, to be able to move the channel up to a different position i.e in the order I want them.  Thanks.
