You don't need to contact Sky as I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear on the right handside of this page.

Re: Returning equipment

What do you do with the viewing card if you have to remove it. Does it just get removed but still put in the box to return to them.

Keep the viewing card - either to put into a new Sky Q box if you're getting a replacement for a faulty box, or if you decide to re-join Sky at a later date.

Re: Returning equipment

hi we have had sky for 18 months and have had a bad experience with the internet so have decided enough is enough, we still have the q box, mini box and booster(didn't do any good) with remotes we already have hdmi cables so the engineer took the spare ones to his van when he set it up as we didn't need them, my question is will they come and get the equipement as i will not waste anymore time with them as of how we are treated.

@rio1  No they won't send anyone to collect, when you end your service you will need to post them, postage is free.

Re: Returning equipment

@rio1

No. Sky won't come and take your equipment. When you cancel your account you will be sent freepost packaging to return it all. Or you can package it yourself and print off your own returns label here:

@rio1 Once you've posted all your loaned equipment back keep the proof of posting very safe (and for quite a while) otherwise you'll be posting on here again that you're being sent messages about non returned goods.

Re: Returning equipment

Hi

esrlier this month I contacted Sky to cancel my multiroom and was told I need to send back the mini box.

they said a package would be sent for me to send it back and I haven't received anything.

I tried calling and they said there were delays.

im a bit concerned as it's nearly been a month now and it needs to go back.

@sethalfred
You can use your own packaging and print a label off yourself*. This link should help you
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

If you haven’t anything suitable give Sky another call. Keep your proof of posting very safe and indefinitely as Unipart, who handle the UK returns, don’t appear to be that well organised.

*(If you don't have access to a printer, Collect+ have shop premises that will print the labels for you).
