Returning equipment

Hi I send my sky equipment back in December and I never received any information that they got it are they didn't get it so today the lifted money from my account to say that they never received it this near 2 and half months later this is a fault on there side that it wasn't marked off as received so I don't know why I'm paying for it when Iv done my bit and sent all back what was ment to go back to sky

  • Do you have proof of postage as without it there is no guarantee of refund?
  • This happens quite often and refunds are made if you contact Sky or wait for someone to escalate your post to them.
Passing on the tips I have learned in over 24 years as a more than satisfied Sky customer.

I did have the receipt but once's I heard no word back I miss placed it now. I went to the post office and they can't help me as I don't remember the exact date I was in but I put the label on the boxs that sky sent me in the return boxs so I'm sure they would be fit to see it scanned and sent off?

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
