Returning Sky Glass

Hi, I am returning my sky glass as could not get on with it. Sky were great on the phone and my sky q was back up and running in no time. The sky glass tv is being collected tomorrow, need some advice from anyone who has anyone returned theirs. Do I need to take the stand off? The Allen key they left with it does not fit so I am wondering if they will do it when they collect? I have some Allen keys but worried the tv will fall over if not on the stand. Thanks in advance.

Leave it as it is. The panther guys will take it apart for you. 

It's a beast of a TV so don't risk yourself or damaging the TV.

It's adviseable to take some photos of the TV before Panther collect it, just to prove the condition it was in. Sky have sometimes graded Glass returns badly and not given full refunds.
