No problems with tv or puck

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Just wanted to say that I have had sky glass and a puck since the 5th of November and had no problems  whatsoever and my wife and I both love it

Re: No problems with tv or puck

We’ve had our Glass since Mid November and have just experienced minor glitches which took seconds to clear. When our old HD+ system froze it took about 20 minutes to get back to viewing. All in all we’re very happy with the system.

Still seeing an occasional glitch with the Puck, when screen resolution defaults to 1080p, but that has improved greatly since the recent update (happens once in many days now rather than every few hours). That aside, my Glass and Puck are working reliably.
