Returned items

Hi I have returned all my Sky Q box and the box from upstairs and yet I still get messages saying you will charge me if I don't return them! I have returned them to u via royal mail

Unfortunately this is a customer forum and not Sky so all you can do is to phone them.

They are taking calls but try to discourage people from phoning so ignore all the warnings. If you have to say anything say "technical" that usually works.

These messages are a regular occurrence unfortunately. I think Sky's return process is imperfect .

 

If you have proof of return, I would ignore them
