Returned equpiment

I returned my sky q equipment a few months and no longer have proof of return as it was so long ago. I am now getting letters and emails from 2 debt collectors asking for payment for no return of equipment. Both companies come up online as scams but I cannot get through on the phone to sky to speak to someone about it

Update - We have spoken to the customer and escalated this as there is no proof of returns, we have agreed to remove the fees on this occasion. Thanks 🙂

@leah88c You may or may not be aware but this is a customer helps customer forum. You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services and they won’t contact you as a result of your post on here unless there is a reason for your post to be escalated. Otherwise you'll need to persevere on the phone.

@leah88c I have escalated this to Sky and hopefully they will come back to you, Private message or email, and be able to sort something out for you. Look for a blue blob bottom  of your screen.

You may receive an email or a private message inviting you to have a private conversation on the Community with a Sky Expert.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat

Unfortunately this is a customer forum not Sky, if you have kept the receipt for posting there should be a number so you can trace if it has been delivered.
