Re: Replacing Sky Q Modem Router Suggestions??
I have similar issues and I'm looking to replace my router with something like this. Does this work with sky Q and mini boxes too? We have 2 extra mini tv boxes and they also use the wifi. If it does I'm ordering one ASAP!!

Re: Replacing Sky Q Modem Router Suggestions??
Just to give my feedback. I've had a vr2800 attached for nearly 4 or 5 years now. Works absolutely fine, also about 3 or 4 years ago disabled the WiFi on the 2800 and added 5 m5 decos to control the WiFi.
This all works seemlessly with my sky q box and 4 minis. I do however connect the minis direct to each deco using ethernet for added stability. They are placed in close proximity to each box anyway.
I get 67mbs down and 24 upload speed around the house.

Re: Replacing Sky Q Modem Router Suggestions??
Hi, you guys on this thread are amazing and would really appreciate some help. We're having issues with wifi dripping out which I tried to fix by buying a net gear Orbi mesh 350 attached to a sky router like the middle one in post 102. I have super fast broadband. It still keeps cutting out and won't reach the back of our tiny flat even though I have stopped the sky router broadcasting it's SSID.
i see a lot of success with tp link router but I'd really like to about TP Link and don't want anything too technical. Any recommendations? Ideally a router/modem solution I can use to replace the sky router and about double NAT.
thanks so much in advance and after x
