Replacement sky Q box showing different Netflix users in Spanish

Set up replacement Q box , and logged to apps, however on Netflix app it is showing in Spanish with several unknown Spanish users. How do I remove them and revert to English and my user profile. On the sky mini box ( not new) it it showing correctly as me 

this is weird Can anyone help

Factory reset the box and start again.

Hi @Jml7 

You could sign out of Netflix using the left hand Netflix menu.

Select Get help near the bottom and then select sign out at the bottom of the next screen.

Then sign back in with your Netflix login
