Hi we’re having SkyQ & Broadband installed, my question is can I use my existing Virgin Media RG6 cable that’s layed under my flooring?also will I have lay new cable for my router?

Hi @contact400
Q needs two cables and if you have two and they are in a suitable condition then they can be used.
However they need to go continuously from Q box to Dish position with enough slack foe use at each end

Apologies both - picked up on the Router question - I guess that is the problem when covering 2 questions that have 2 separate boards

Doubtful as you need two cables from your Q box position to the satellite dish position

If you take 2 in from the dish and join to the other 2 (presuming they go to box location) you'll be fine

They connect to another splitter. There's only one RG6 cable

Unfortunately you need 2 - one for each polorisation (V/H)
