My sky broadband deal was for 18 months and I want to find out more about new broadband deals. The sky alp is constantly bringing an error when I enter my postcode to check

It is always better for existing customers to contact sky directly on 150 from your sky landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone to renegotiate a better deal. You could ring them and ask for retentions

Can you get FTTP in your area? You can actually use the online checker for that on Sky's own website (or Openreach) as well. And then compare the price at other broadband providers when it comes to negotiating/looking for your deal
