Remote control batteries

Keep getting message on the tv screen saying "your remote control batteries are running low"

changed the batteries with new Duracell ones three times and the message comes back within 24 hours.

any ideals or what's wrong or what to do apart from keep changing the batteries every day.

Hi @SimonM2003

Check that none of the buttons are sticking and thenTry completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

If its draining the batteries that fast and you can't find anything physically wrong with it then you are best giving Sky a call. They'll probably agree to send you a replacement. If not you can pick one up for £20-30 from loads of places
