Reinstating terminated account
My sky tv and broadband services have been terminated due to non payment of my bill. The account has Now been passed to a debt collection firm. I want to know if, even at this stage, whether it is possible to have the account and services reinstated if I pay the balance.

Re: Reinstating terminated account
All your contact now should just be with the debt collection agency as they now own the debt. Once that process has finished it's up to Sky as to whether they allow you to be a customer again but in view of the situation you now find yourself in I very much doubt it imo.

Re: Reinstating terminated account
Thanks. I suspected as much. I will try the agency tomorrow - though I imagine they will defer judgement and just focus on the debt being paid. If my services are not going to be reinstated even if I clear the balance it makes a difference to how long I take to pay off the debt
