I live in the West Country, but only get London news on the BBC News Channel. No problems with other BBC Channels. Any idea how to fix?

@Ferengi BBC News Channel is a National channel and has no local/regional opt outs. There is no way to "fix" it.

For local News you need to tune into BBC 1 SD on Sky+/Sky Q or BBC1 HD on Glass.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

BBC One London is on channel 954 if you would prefer to watch local London news on there instead of on BBC One South West on channel 101.

Your local news in on channel 101 on BBC One South West.

BBC News (channel) is a national UK TV channel.
