I've woken up this morning, and my local ITV news has moved from Anglia to Meridian. I've checked my settings and there have been no changes. Any help would be greatly appreciated to get my local regional news back.
Kathy

But I'm not in Anglia region, I live in the east of the country. Is there a way to reset this to a more localised area?

Hi @Kathy346 .
Its more than just the Anglia region.
The channels you receive are set by your Postcode and cannot be changed.

I get that regional postcodes are allocated by postcode and can't be changed but something must be wrong. I went to bed after watching London news on ITV get up this morning and I'm now meridian ! Not a happy bunny !
I'm on the boarder of London and Kent nowhere near the Meridian region.

And me ! I live in Essex and have woken up to news in Portsmouth.... Weather doesn't cover my region either. Why has this happened ? I cannot believe that my postcode is now considered 'south' of England. Missing ITV London ...

I live in central London and have always got ITV London news during Good Morning Britain. This morning it now cuts to Meridien news when watching on ITV HD. How utterly absurd. Is it the same on Freeview HD? One more reason to add the ever lengthening list of things I won't miss about Sky when I quit at the end of my contract.

I'm exactly the same. I live no where near Meridien region but it's the only region being reported until evening news.

We also have this issue we have meridian news and we always had about Anglia so not relevant to the area we live in
come on Sky can't be a coincidence a few of us have this issue!

Noticed this on holiday last week in Norfolk when all the news was about Blackpool!
Now home in Buckinghamshire and still Meridian!
Love the concept of 103 being defaulted to local version based on postcode but seems the lookup table has a pretty serious error!!
Is someone at Sky looking at it? The responses so far don't seem to acknowledge that there is an issue when there clearly is.

I'm in Devon and I'm getting news from Central. It was fine not long ago but I've seen my region has been removed on ITV+ but ITV is the same.

If it's the ITV SD versions then yes a lot have been removed by ITV and you get the nearest region. If you have ITV HD it should be the correct region.
