Sky services cancelled in May, account is in credit. How long for refund?

Automatic refunds could take up to six weeks from the last day of your service connection and goes to the payment method on file if it’s still active, otherwise if you call Sky they can manually process the refund in 3-5 working days.

Services cancelled on 9th May. Equipment returned end of May.
