Hi all I cancelled my Sky glass order on the 20th of October before it was delivered, I paid £105 upfront cost was told account all closed credit agreement cancelled and refund would take up to 14 Days, yet I'm still waiting, no one can seem to return my money to me they can see it on the system but it won't let them give it back, every time I call I get sent from pilar to post saying only sky glass can return it I speak to them and they still can't do it. How do I get my money back any ideas please.

Check your banks chargeback requirements. I've still got Glass on my account after cancelling on the 21st of Oct. I got my money back, one and a half hours after putting the online form in last Thursday.
Edit: Lol, thought I'd check my balance as I got a text that I had a message in my account (usually the monthly statement) only to find that Sky have paid me 2 different amounts of £500 and £374 this morning. I've already got the £874 back so they've paid me twice 🤣🤣🤣

Check your next Sky Q bill. I paid £60 upfront before cancelling. I expected a refund but it seems they have taken the £60 off my next Q bill. That's fine by me.
