Refit balance on account. I have double paid my first account and have a credit reflecting.

I paid my first bill via teenager not realizing the debit order would come off too. I now have a credit balance. Will my debit order for the following month still go through if I have a credit balance on my sky account?

If you have a direct debit payment set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will now appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This will be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no money should be taken from your account. If you want the overpayment refunded to you, you should ring Sky.

In future if you want to make a manual payment, to prevent the automatic payment being taken out as well, you need to make sure the full payment is showing as credit on your Sky account at least 4 working days before your payment due date.
