For the past few days my series link recordings have not been recording all we are getting is "Technical Fault" we have done the usual reset the boxes pulled the plug out for 10mins and still the same. Is there anything else we can do??

I have recently experienced the same problem with recording Pointless on BBC1 Scotland. They fail with a Technical Fault.

Hi there, I have raised your issue to our Sky Community team. Look out for a blue chat bubble that will appear when an adviser invites you to a chat. If the chat is not accepted within 48 hours it will be closed 🙂

generally when series links fail its either a software problem but when its a technical error it can mean the harddrive is on its way out

Thanks for the chat @Mr+Flibbles+86 , I tried the update and the recording worked last night. Hopefully that's solved it.
