Recording with no sound

I have just had install sky glass and one programme i am recording on national qeographic seems to only record with music and no talking.... how can this rectifybthis or what am i doing wrong..  no other recording is doing it. X

Check the sound settings in Settings - Picture & Sound

There are no recordings as such, maybe there is an issue with the content on the server

 

If you give full details of the programme someone else with glass can try and see if they get the same result

National geographical.. hot tuna is the grogramme x i added to the playist. It recorded but with no sound...

 Channel 5 had an issue this afternoon where programmes were broadcast with video and no sound I wander if this is related.
