Recording, catch up and cinema aren’t working technical problem

My recordings aren't loading all it says is please wait and when I try to go on catch up tv or sky cinema/store and download something it just keeps saying technical fault please try again later. It's been doing this since 6:30am! Any ideas?

Have you tried a reboot of your Q box?
