Receiving calls from overseas on a phone divert

Hi folks,

I am considering adding on the 'International Saver' to my pay monthly mobile package.

I know that making calls to the specific countries in the tariff listing is no problem and I understand the costs related to doing that.

However when someone from overseas calls IN to my landline number, but my land line is diverted to my Sky mobile, am I charged for the call from my landline to my mobile, OR charged for the intial call from the overseas country?

Basically am unsure if the call duration would be taken from my 'International Call saver' minutes, or I would be hit by a huge bill because incoming calls do not count. It was included with Vodafone years ago, but I appreciate suppliers have different terms.

I have checked the online help as I am always directed to do, however  not surprised to find no help on the matter.

Just spent 20 mins in a call queue, then eventually was connected and the guy went off to check for me but the call dropped, he did not call me back even though my details were sitting on his screen, dissapointed in the customer service I have to say, so was hoping someone here may have an idea?

Many thanks

@rampantsilverfox There's no charge for receiving a call when you're in the UK irrespective of where the call originates from.

You may be charged by your landline supplier for a call being diverted to your UK Mobile though...that would just be the cost of making a call to a UK Mobile though, once again the origination of the call would be irrelevant.

It's where you are when the call is received which will influence what / if you're charged.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that my mobile phone is within the UK when I divert my calls from my UK landline.
