RHBH on Peacock

I've been trying to watch season 11 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Peacock but when I go to play the first episode it says 'programme synopsis is not available' 'find out how to upgrade your subscription to get this channel at skyviewinghelp.com'. I have changed my settings to download in SD but still have the same problem, has anyone else found this? Going to the website mentioned doesn't help either.

Have you got the Sky Signature package on your account as it might be that this series is part of Sky Boxsets so you would need this to get access to it.

No I don't think I do but I can download season 1!

@CR40 @Think I may have solved this but from

no help from Sky they just blame Peacock and Peacock blame sky so I will be leaving. Anyway if you download the episode on sky go first and then go on to your tv and download again, it should then download in sd. It will ask for your pin and the annoying red button message will stay at the top saying you need to upgrade blah blah blah but just press on the back button and it will go away. So far I've watched two episodes this way so fingers crossed. Shame the help desk within sky couldn't tell me this, isn't that what they are paid for? Sky customer service is shocking

Keep an eye out for an invite/ blue chat bubble. When the bubble appears you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox.
