Purchased movie but not showing

So I purchased a movie from the Sky store on the 21st June and received e-mail confirmation of this, however, the purchase is still not showing in my Sky Q or on purchases in the sky store. Also, shortly after purchasing my SkyQ box developed a techinal error which was resolved by doing the unplugging and waiting thing. Could this failed movie have caused that error and how would I go about getting to view it. Yes the payment went through but according to the Sky sore it's not on my list of purchases.

I'll answer on the assumption this was a buy and keep rather than a rental 

 

If you now go to that movie in the Store, does it think you already own it or is there a proposed charge next to it ?

 

if there is a proposed charge then something has gone wrong at the Sky store end and you need to contact them (live chat should be working now)

If in the Store it's showing as purchased, what happens if you voice search the movie. Does it appear anywhere in your recordings ?

So I searched it and it appears i needed to send it to my sky box, strange as every other purchase was sent automatically and found under purchases. But all sorted now. Had it not been for your advice to search it I wouldn't have realised so thank you!
