You might want to bear in mind when I ordered it on launch day 18/10 I got the p I know free! 

Was a Glass customer switched back to Sky Q with full package, and maintaining Diamond membership with over 23 years with Sky. Sky Glass is not a patch on Sky Q - I kept the Sky Glass TV and now, finally, my Q remote operates volume on the Glass TV after waiting 7 months for a pairing code!

We'll I hope I'm not speaking too soon but my Flass TV and Puck are working fine, both stable, fantastic picture quality, just a bit frustrated that ITV HUB is streaming in SD not HD,?at this stage though this is my only gripe!

Hi All

 

I had remote issues with Glass TV and Puck.

 

Just hold 7 & 9 on remotes to clear them. Then 1 & 3 to re-pair. Worked perfect for me. 

 

Any activation issues, factory reset puck and start again. Only use My Sky app for activation codes (if you need to). 👍👍

OK now when I switch on the puck shows me the Home Screen when I go to the channel it's blank screen, frustrating so far.

Hi just did a complete reset and it looked for a network and it's asking me to point my SlyQ remote at SlyQ box and hold 4&6 together?

Pointing the puck remote and press 4&6 together does nothing and it's stuck on that screen.

@loontor do you have a sky q remote? If so, use it. It really works.

Tries that it didn't work was on Sky hold for two hours got fed up. Hung up and had a thing attached Ethernet cable connected to router and hey presto we are back online hopefully this will help anyone else stuck in the same rut.

Yes, 3rd day of Sky Glass, switch tv on puck light be stays off.

Then switch off at main wait 15 seconds ,restart same issue.

Reset! Pull power lead then when plugging back in hold down the button underneath the Puck until you see flashing yellow and red light this should then fix it. My remote will still not switch puck on have to press button but remote will work when switching off.
