@peter-marlow+1966

yeah most of us experiencing same issues.

have you tried turning off overnight power saving in the puck settings menu?

this does help with it starting up in thhe morning but doesn't resolve any of the other stability/picture issues

Re: Puck problems

I'm sick of the pucks.

10% guarantee you can watch what you want to, 90% guaranteed you can't watch what you want.

When I'm told I can't watch BBC because I need to upgrade subscription (I pay £13.32 for a tv license) I start to lose my patience!

Why can I watch Dexter new series on the glass TV but the puck tv says there are no programmes of this type???

Re: Puck problems

@Amanda+Knight

that does sound strange! Sounds like your puck is not properly registered to your account if your getting subscription messages and missing content.

everything is available on my puck same as the glass tv it's just that the puck is so unstable with blank screens and picture speedup/slowdown which is extremely annoying as happens a lot.

have you tried a factory reset of the puck and re registering with your account?

Re: Puck problems

@Amanda+KnightAs you stated the next big issue with the puck now saying you need to upgrade to watch this channel even on the basic channels, Netflix when selecting a show only getting to 24% loading and freezing

Re: Puck problems

This is exactly the issue with mine. Did you get a fix?

Re: Puck problems

If you're having problems with HDMI ARC connected soundbar dropping out, try turning off HDMI control on the Puck settings.  Seems to have solved the problem for me, though I now need to select the Puck on TV input.  A bit of a fix ... until we see a SKY FIX!?

Re: Puck problems

@PinkLouise No refreshed the apps in settings a few times and eventually worked as you can't get out of the Netflix app on the glass the way you could on the Q. Bear in mind it could log you out of other apps too

When resetting your puck to avoid being asked to use your sky q remote when asked to connect to the Internet use your Internet password word on your hub this will then after that tell you to use your sky glass remote

Re: Puck problems

That's interesting, with the hub password, turned my wifi off on that as I am using nova tenda mesh things and changed the password,

Though why would it use your hub password though...

To avoid this and it asking for the sky q remote when you reset the the when it asks you to connect to the Internet use your Internet password to connect and then you will be asked to use your sky glass remote not your sky q remote I have just Don this to my puck

Re: Puck problems

my puck has been strangely stable for the last few hours!!  No stuttering or slowdown/fast forward of picture, no black screens or weird behaviour

I could even watch the football in UHD and it was normal.

scared to move from the sofa or switch channels now lol wonder if sky are tinkering behind the scenes

Re: Puck problems

Why/ what is wrong with Netflix especially evening onwards, dare they say demand is high or an outage somewhere when my old wireless Blu-ray player is as good as gold.

Re: Puck problems

I've had issues with 2 household glass pucks. Stuck on 4 and 6. Switched it off numerous times, and plugged in the Ethernet to the router. Instant software update appeared on the screen and all is good.
