Re: Puck problems
Yes, I have 2 - until now I thought it was only one with a problem but I'm looking at a screen telling me I need to upgrade subscription to watch bbc 🤬
Been in touch with Sky twice, swore it needed to be a replacement puck but now I think it's a problem Sky's end.

Re: Puck problems
another day...another puck stuttering mess in the morning that requires a reboot!
think that's 3 reboots in last 24hrs to temporarily fix black screens and stuttering picture issues.
im on Ethernet into 1gb broadband but it's the same experience over wireless whereas my glass tv is working quite happily on wireless.
is there any real indication that sky will be able to resolve the puck issues soon?

Re: Puck problems
Hi all,
anyone else having soundbar issues? Have Sony tv with Sony soundbar connected via ARC. Since connecting puck soundbar is giving grief. When I turn everything on in the morning a message flashes on screen saying 'TV speakers active to to device communication failure' and no sound from soundbar. To resolve I need to power off TV/SB/Puck at plug each morning then power everything back up. Once rebooted all is ok but having to do this every day!! Any help?

Re: Puck problems
Yes! I have the exact same problem - have two pucks and it's happening on both TVs (Sony and a Samsung, both with Sonos sound bars). Driving me mad! That and the stuttering puck that needs a restart to remedy - though the stuttering is only happening on 1 puck.

Re: Puck problems
Daily reboots here too - one puck seems to be playing nicely, the other is a stuttering mess. Needs to be rebooted everytime I go to watch on it.

Re: Puck problems
if sky can fix the puck stability issues in the next week then I will happily keep sky glass as this is my main issue at the moment.
If they can't fix soon then I will be forced to go back to sky Q along with quite a few others I would suspect.

Re: Puck problems
Initially after the latest firmware, the puck played nicely. Now it's reverted back to the stop and start behaviour. Channel 3050 (UHD football) is really bad and can't watch it,.

Re: Puck problems

would be good to know if sky are working on the puck issues as well as Glass TV
another day another reboot, wired connection into 1gb broadband. Think this is my 3rd reboot in 24hrs
my Glass TV has been great a couple of rooms away from the router on Wi-Fi!

Re: Puck problems
unfortunately this doesn't resolve the various puck issues with speed up/slow down of picture and random blank screens that require standby or reboot to resolve.
I have given up on the live UHD sport channels as they work for a short period of time after a reboot then fall apart and start stuttering etc. the streaming apps like Netflix etc seem to work fine with UHD
maybe the radio silence around all the puck issues will be broken soon by Sky.....I live in hope

Re: Puck problems
@dogmatic6I agree on this and Sky have to start making strides in changing now even if they try something and breaks something else we can then see it is trying to resolve the issues. Could somebody push to sky to ask them to post in here on a pinned forum that will just keep us posted on updates and what it is going to resolve a little like when updating your apple it will tell you what it's fixing

They can ask, however I don't give out much hope of this happening as they never did it for Q and that was riddled with issues in it's early days.
