Programmes freeze for few seconds

Anybody else facing the issue where programmes "slow down / feeeze" for literally a few seconds then speed up to get back to correct place. This all happens over 4-5 seconds so difficult to record as no pattern for when it is going to happen

Re: Programmes freeze for few seconds

happens on my puck every 5 or 1 0 minutes apart from maybe after a reboot were it's ok for a bit longer but always comes back.

don't really notice it on the glass tv but I hopefully the next software update will sort it which is due soon.

could also be Wi-Fi related but my puck issues are not broadband or connectivity related.

Re: Programmes freeze for few seconds

It's so difficult to capture as it's intermittent, sometimes happens every 5 mins, sometimes it will not occur for hours
