Program synopsis not working/planner problems/no signal

On tv guide says program synopsis not available,tried resetting box to no avail.Keep getting fail on programs trying to record,Had channel 101 showing no signal ,tried 102 channel was ok,swapped back to 101 still no signal,reset box working ok up to press

Sky VIP says i have been a member of sky sjnce 1999 when in effect i have been a member sincs 1989

Input 1 strength is approx 75% /quality approx 90% input 2  nothing on both

Found cable pulled out of connector,reconnected now got 90% on input 2,thank you for your information
