Problem with my mobile order
So i order a iphone 12 yesterday i have received mutiple email about my order aaying you will receive you phone and sim soon but non off dpd when i use my sky app to track my order it says no order in progress and when i click on the mobile tab to view my pack it ask me to link my mobile to my sky id witch i alreasy have but it just keep asking me to link it and when i try for the second time it tells me its already linked could somone help me with this please as i cant call sky has broke my previous phone many thanks

I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
