I've joined SKYVIP and I've been offered a free film but I can't download it. The message I'm getting is You cannot buy or download this programme. This happens every time I try to purchase a film. Am I not connected properly?

Hi @NadeF

Even though the film is a free one, sometimes your Sky store account needs activating and a credit limit setting before you can start renting / buying

A quick call / live chat (if open) should fix it
