The guy I spoke to when I had a look at the weekend in the metrocentre asked me what package I was on in passing. But asked if I wanted to make an appointment for today to place an order. He said you could just walk in though. I don't think stores have any rules regarding vip status.

@Urban+Splash these are the same guys saying no one could order until Wednesday unless with them, which we know is wrong.
Don't get me wrong, If I had a store close i'd go and chance it, but my nearest is miles away, and for them to have it wrong would just be annoying lol. Am happy to wait for my email and do it online.

Tell you what, whatever time / day we get to order, I hope they've brought a serious amount of inventory into the country without anyone noticing, because if the supply depends on global shipping routes, we'll be in the same boat as Arnie in Last Action Hero!!

I registered for sky glass few weeks ago , not heard a thing. Getting annoying now , as I am platinum customer?

Again What is the point as i am still waiting but still no emails just the ones saying we havent forgotten you please wait.

I have spoken to the store and they said they can sort me out strait away but the pre register is stopping them from helping.

How can i turn off my pre register so i can buy Sky Glass in store.
