You have wrongly take notes£32.50 from my account. I cancelled my contract last month. You gave taken another months payment up to 7th November. Please refund immediately

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs we are customers you will have to call Sky to ask them for a refund. Billing does continue right up to the day you leave which might be what has happened here. The refund will take 3-5 days to appear back in your account.
