What good is that when catching up on something broadcast previously as you are unable to watch at the time of broadcast.

Are you just saying Sky stream should be an EPG?

OK, let's go with that and just pay £10 a month for the service and not £50 plus. Jeez!

I'm sorry that's nonsense, all we are saying  is the system we pay for should be fit for purpose. If Sky introduce a function then as a user you would expect it to work.

I hate football but I don't say remove all the advertising tiles from the platform because other users love football.

Stream is for everyone, if all I wanted was an epg I'd stick with freeview and an aerial 🤨

I watch live television from the TV Guide, catch-up (rarely) from channel apps and on-demand from streaming services, and so can entirely ignore the 'rails'  Your usage is undoubtedly different: that's what makes UI design so challenging.

Continuing on from earlier posts just to let you know Bangers and Cash has popped up at the beginning of the Most Recent rail overnight, it broadcasts tonight a new episode but as said earlier that was made available on demand, I think in error.

I cannot see any new additions to episodes so no idea why it has moved.

It has not brought anything into Continue Watching.

It's just all weird and a bug for sure 😕

It's come up to continue watching episode 6:13 but it's not broadcast until 8;00pm tonight.

 

Episode 6:13 was watched last week but it was dropped into demand in error as the new series had not been available prior to broadcast.

Here listed on the EPG 6:13 tonight 8:00pm NEW.

I know it's not the end of the world but the Sky Techs need to be aware ' there is a bug'

How many other similar issues to this are affecting the Playlist feature.

It will be interesting to see if Ep 6:13 pops up in my continue watching tonight 🤔

OK, just to close this off B&C made episode 14 & 15 available tonight and ghat completes season 6, so obviously UKTV decided just to get the series out there this past two weeks rather than weekly drops.

The Most Recent rail has worked as it should and so has continue watching. I had 5 items drop tonight and both rails were in sync. Gosh a first!

But no. If I click on that it shows day 3 of the previous week's tournament and below that the same as I had in my playlist, but in chronological order.

Sky called me earlier and tried to blame this latest playlist fail on a rights issue, which is clearly sloblock. The last two weeks have playlisted the four days of each tournament just fine.

The failure to playlist day four of the most recent tournament is just the latest example of why it's not fit for purpose. 

So after half an hour going in circles and her trying to fob me off that this was 'out of sky's control' I had to hang up before I did a swear.

"Continue Watching" is definitely getting better in my view.  Turned on tonight and yesterday's Masterchef and Taskmaster at the front of the queue as they should be.  

All I need now is a delete option and I'm happy...for those that have seen my other thread David Dickinson is still on my tail 😂 As is Taskmaster Bleeped which All4 tripped into after I watched last week's normal episode.  Come on Sky, just let me remove things!!

I feel your pain! I keep getting some Chateau program from All4 every week, never watched it, never added it no idea why 🤔

Sky if nothing else you must add options to remove:

Watched Episode 

Watched Series

Delete / Remove

Come on it can't be difficult if Apple TV can do it I'm sure you can !!!
