Worth pointing out that episodes 2 and 3 are also missing on Sky Go and Q, so it's possible that these episodes aren't being broadcast this week.  Looks like episode 1 is a repeat being broadcast after episode 7.

I thought I was starting to get the hang of Playlist but am now still confused.

From my understanding when you add something to Playlist it appears under 1 of a number of categories- TV shows etc. Fine so far...

As time goes by and an episode of a program in your Playlist is actually aired it then appears in the Play Now rail. You can then watch the last aired occurrence of the program from here.

This is where things start to get confused for me. I thought that once you had viewed the latest episode it then dropped off the Play Now Rail and didn't reappear until a new episode is aired. This seems to happen for all channels apart from BBC. For example I initially had Antiques Road Trip set up on Play List while testing out the functionality. Having done this I then removed it from the Playlist by deleting the series. However it still appears on the Play Now Rail. So I then selected it on the Play Now Rail and selected "Watch". Went through the whole program on iPlayer. At the end iPlayer came up with a "recommended for you" which was Bargain Hunt. Came out of iPlayer at that stage and went back to the Pay Now Rail expecting Antiques Road Show to have dropped off. Not the case - it's still there but in addition Bargain Hunt has now been added!!

Tried the same process again but instead of selecting "watch" straight off,  went to available now, the latest series available and selected the latest program available. At the end of the program iPlayer produced a recommended for you of Silent Witness. Came out of iPlayer and went back to the Play Now Rail.

I now have Antiques Road Show, Bargain Hunt and Silent Witness in my Play Now Rail (none of them are in my Playlist) and all I want is for them to be gone!!!!

Any help or suggestions much appreciated.

Where's the Centre Stage view? (If I'm remembering that correctly).

@WG+Wright on the play rail, select the playlist view all and you should be able to manage the content from there (centre stage).

@Joe-Bow I asked Sky about this as we watch Stath Let's Flats.

All of season 3 is now available through tbe 4 app/4OD on the internet but not through the tv.

Sky say there is a problem with some 4OD content that's under investigation but the 4OD app on Q always felt like it didn't offer everything and I'm of the belief it's deliberate.

Not sure to be honest. I'm assuming it's what you see when you select a program initially but could be wrong?

You can only manage content from there if it's there in the first place - for example deleting a series. My issue is to do with items that are in the Play Now Rail but aren't contained on the Centre Stage/full Playlist. I've got items appearing here that I can't get rid of.

Are there newer episodes than the one you watched?

The playlist shows the programme if there is unwatched episodes that are newer than you last watched.

@Aaln There are no newer episodes than the one I've watched. Tried going to the latest series and latest episode and got the same result unfortunately. Frustrating!

Turkish Grand Prix: on the grid.

Russian Grand Prix: qualifying.

Dutch Grand Prix: qualifying.

Russian Grand Prix: 1st practice.

What a mess! I'm now going to suggest something so radical that clearly no Sky designer has yet thought of it:

'Sort by Event Date!' I'm not even going to copyright that idea, you can have it.

There's no mention of next week's GP in UHD so I'm not confident it's going to work.
