Planned programs not recorded due to technical error after switching broadband providers

I have just had lilaconnect  install 1gbps broadband.  Everything  seems OK. I used  my existing  Asus WiFi 6 router.  Last  night the planned programs didn't  record due to a technical  error . Any ideas? I was with Virgin for broadband  before.

Ok. As other sky arts programs were recording on catch up I tried something else. I  changed the preffered recording from UHD to HD in the settings.  I managed to record the series. very strange. I could  record this program in UHD by the way but it would be no good as it will be watched on a satellite box upstairs.

Technical  fault  I guess. I not at home. Points to hard disk. I doubt  this. It is obviously  something  to do with changing  broadband  provider.

Recording live TV doesnt have anything to do with your broadband. Only OD content.

Re: Planned programs not recorded due to technical error after switching broadband providers

The problem seems to be when using catch up downloading some programs. The one not recording is landscape artist of the year on sky arts. trying to download series 4 episode 1 the  error messege is Failed Remote network problem. I have tried rebooting etc . This is only happening since the new broadband..
