@Tara98 Presumably an iPhone? Unfortunately this happens every time Apple bring out a new major product. They cannot keep up with demand and the problem has been increased this year by other issues such as a shortage of HGV drivers. We are fellow customers so have no clue as to stock levels or anticipated delivery dates. All you can do is keep checking your order tracking https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

Afraid not, we are all customers here, you need to check your prder tracking page for updates https://www.sky.com/ordertracking
