Hi i ordered a new phone yesterday on upgrade and thought i had to add a plan to this new phone.
However i already have a plan with my existing phone which is broken and i only need one plan as well as transfer the exisiting number to the new phone.
Can you advise?

When you are already a Sky Mobile customer you do not need to order a new plan if you already have one when either upgrading or ordering a new phone. If you don't activate this sim Sky will cancel it sometime over the next few months, you will not be charged for it

@Chrisandjax You can use your existing sim/plan in your new phone when you receive it. If you don't activate the new sim/plan then you won't be charged for this.
