Phone line keeps dropping

My VOIP keeps dropping so amber light showing on hub.  Internet and wifi still working when this happens, getting really annoying having to reset everytime.  Does anyone know what the issue is and how it can be fixed.

There is an ongoing issue with VOIP lines with Sky and they are trying to get to the bottom of what the problem is.
