Phone bill

I ordered phone on account I already had instead of making a new account can I change direct debit for one phone on my account ?

@Jackson1998  Afraid not, all devices will be billed on the direct debit held on the account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The only thing you can do is if your phone hasn't been dispatched then give Sky a call and ask them to cancel it. This will mean that when you come to order it again you will be credit checked again.
