Hi all im owed money from sky does anyone know how long it takes or should i ring them thanks

The guy said because my contract had ended and i had to extend my internet for other reasons he said i would get the final months payment back

Automatic refunds could take up to six weeks from the last day of your service connection and goes to the payment method on file if it’s still active, otherwise once the amount is showing as a credit on your Sky account if you call Sky they can manually process the refund in 3-5 working days.
