Paying with Sky Store balance

Is it possible to apply a credit Sky Store balance to pay off part or all of your monthly bill? Otherwise,  is there a way of applying vouchers to your monthly bill? Many thanks in advance.

The answer to both your questions is NO, Sky Store credit can only be used against Buy and Keep and Rental purchases online via the Sky Store app or website, it can not be used to pay or part pay any bill,
