Under settings on my Paramout + account there is nothing.
Hit the up key on your Sky remote middle buttons and you will see the icon for subtitles top right.

Hi
I was a bit impatient yesterday, and signed up to Paramount Plus on my Apple TV 4K. This morning I'd cancelled my subscription on my Apple device. I'd then signed in to Paramount Plus via the activation link shown on Sky Q.
It now says:
We cannot connect your account with Sky UK as your email address is already registered to a Paramount+ subscription. If you want to connect with Sky UK, please cancel your current Paramount+ subscription on the platform where you made the purchase. Contact Paramount+ customer support for further assistance.
Even though I've now cancelled my subscription, will I have to wait until the end of the free trail period, before I can use it again via Sky and not pay the monthly subscription?
Seems I can only contact Paramount Plus via email, so I'm sure it will take a while before they get back to me.
Also, when I get the issue sorted out and get the free subscription via Sky TV, would I need to pay a subscription if I wanted to watch Paramount Plus via a non Sky TV device?

So is it only cinema customers then? I was hoping there would be a two tier structure for movies and non movies. Either way I'm getting the error MYSKY_2999 probably just being hammered with sign ups

It's free to Sky Cinema subscribers, but at the moment, Sky aren't selling additional subscriptions. You'd need to sign up directly with Paramount+

It will not fully cancel until the free period is up.
Use another email adress to sign up with Sky. You could always change the email back at a later date, when your Apple one has expired fully.

No you don't need to pay anything extra. It's working perfectly on my Apple TV for example.

Thanks for your advaise as always 🙂 If I sign up via Sky with another email address, could I also use those same details on an iPad for example and still be able to watch Paramount Plus for free, or would I need to take out a paid subscription directly with Paramount Plus?

I tried and got Sky are still adding subcribers. What a joke seeing as there has been a countdown to this on the main sky TV page for days. Being a Sky VIP make no difference wat so ever!

I have tried on my laptop and on my phone via 4g and all I keep getting is the following message:

If you sign up with Sky, you will be able to watch Paramount+ on any compatible device.
Obviuosly log out of your Apple Paramount + created account and use your Sky changed email account.
The Sky sign up process creates a Paramount + account (like you id for your Apple sing up), but all that is different is that you are getiing it for free (instead pf paying £6.99 a month) as a Sky Cinema subscriber.

Thanks again for your advice 🙂 I'll just finish out my Free 7 Day Trial, then sign up via Sky with the same email address, rather than sign up with a different emaill address and then change it. Six of one, half a dozen of the other....
