@foxem2001 I've heard If you cancel a glass order your unable to reorder for a while. Just got back home. Before I left I was speaking to t2 sky ccs and they recon it's down to panther to reorder the equipment. No one seems to know what to do and they pass the blame on each other 🤦🏻‍♂️

@mally+01 Just on chat now. It's just so annoying they keep passing off on each other. Even the scheduled day for next Saturday has been removed

I just come of the phone sky and the colleague  has said they have no end of complaints  about panther  

She said when they had the training they were told everything will run smoothly .

She is going to pass it on to her manager.

I am due to have my delivery tomorrow - I haven't heard anything from Panther. I have tried calling them and even though they are supposed to be open until 8pm, they are closed. Should I have received an email with confirmation of time slot by now? I not feeling over confident. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Really poor show by sky here. I don't lay any blame with Panther. My contract is with Sky.

I have never heard of Panther before, why the hell did a company like Sky offering a premium service, go with some two bit unknown company to deliver? Incredible
