ok just got a call and they said sky have confirmed the supplys will be in tonight and that my tv is going to be deliverd tomorrow morning! 🙂

Had the same message. Completely unprofessional and has ruined weekend plans and taking the day off work to be here to get the TV. Only to be messaged the night before at 7pm that it won't be delivered. Compensation for their error needs to be sorted out. If that's a % off or including 4K and Atmos free of charge. They not even going to put it on the wall either apparently even after their key note made this as one of the selling points of getting it?

I still want it but it's just rediculous I have to wait over a week for a replacement. You would of thaught having a delivery partner who build the product in the customers homes would have basic spares such as screws

I think sky and panther are struggling getting these out to customers

So I spoke to panther and received a call. Only turns out sky had rearranged for them to redeliver the faulty equipment 🤦🏻♂️
