@mally+01 @Hi yes got it it's ok but as you know you can't record and when added something to your playlist from itv it take you to itv hub to watch it and the quality on itv hub is shockingly bad very bad but sky said that problem os itv not them and itv are working to fix it in the future the motion sensor doesn't work even after trying to fix it but voice control with remote and if you just say "hello sky"(followed you your commend) it will work without you picking up the remote but the bit that lets it down the most is the playlist would be better if you could record but it's gets better the more you use it @mally+01  let me know if there is anything else you Would like to know

@mally+01 @yeah easy to set up and worth the wait you get used to it after a bit and all tho there is some negative comments there is also lots of positive comments and people will get used to it and sky are always will be updating it to make it better and taking on people comments on how it can be improved

Yeah I got the tv took a while to set up as was putting it on the wall not had chance to use it yet other then initial setup, first impressions are good so far, I will try play list stuff later

Let me know when you have started to use it.

They are saying that if you add an programme from ITV it take to the Itv hub and the quality  is very poor .

Please let me know it could different regions

I have just been in to my local sky retail store .

I asked them about itv  regarding the poor picture they have said it is down  to the region. 

Is anyone from Yorkshire in this chat if so what is the picture  quality  like.

I wouldn't take much notice of what someone in a sky store says. ITV hub has nothing to do with what region you are in.
